The locations for Suraksha Enclave Townships will be decided primarily in proximity to a major CPMF unit and the nearby main city. The sizes of the townships shall depend directly on the number of interest received for the particular location.

10. How many plots can an individual book?

CPMF personnel can book multiple plots in their name OR in their immediate family member’s name.

11. Would the townships be approved by the government/authorities?

Yes, all townships will only be offered for bookings after getting duly approved by all related authorities.

12. What will be the payment plan/mode for booking of plots?

You may pay either in lump sum OR in 18 monthly installments OR avail Bank Loan up to 15 years.

13. Can I change my Location Preference in future?
